My passion in life is to help people discover full potential, perform at peak and lead a purposeful, joyous and fulfilling life. In the year 2002, I stumbled upon an article written by Zig Ziglar and that was the beginning of a new journey of self-discovery in my life.

I devoured hundreds of books by several authors (see Influencers) on self-improvement and instantly applied key ideas in my life to test what works and what doesn't.

I found a common theme in all these books that echoes the eternal quote of Emerson,

“ What we are is God's gift to us, what we become is our gift to God ”

The law of cause & effect simply means - "we reap what we sow". In other words, if we sow tomato seeds then we can't get disappointed for not harvesting pumpkins. Our thoughts, feelings and actions are governed by this law. This law is also called the law of karma or the law of sowing & reaping.

“ Sow a thought, Reap an action;
Sow an action, Reap a habit;
Sow a habit, Reap a character;
Sow a character, Reap a destiny ”

As an executive and leadership coach, I exclusively focus on building people's belief on the law of cause & effect, unleash their personal power and take decisive action towards their most cherished goals.

My coaching practice has three key foundations for achieving peak performance and helping people become a purposeful person “ find your strengths, indulge in activities that leverage your strengths and find ways of helping others from your strengths on a daily basis.
