The goal of this workshop is to create awareness of the power of questions in conversations and help the participants to develop the art of asking powerful questions. During conversations, our questions will make the other person “think” and become aware of their points of view. If you want to realize the power of questions, next time when someone remarks “I am not motivated to work” [or something similar] ;ask “what do you mean by motivation?” or “what happens if you become motivated?” and then listen to them. You will be astonished at their response to your questions – notice their facial expressions and eyeball movements while they answer back. The secret of getting them to speak is ‘active listening’.
