There are three primary learning objectives of this program.
Awareness of where you are :
- Participants analyze their current leadership behaviors through prebuilt questionnaire
- Introduction to proven and celebrated leadership frameworks and philosophies
- Group Activities and Brainstorming Sessions to understand other people’s thoughts and views
Choice :
- Empower participants to choose the leadership philosophy to practice
- Allow participants to choose behavioral changes and develop a plan of action
- Participants choose topics for ‘One-on-One’ Coaching sessions (Client Centered Coaching)
Trust :
- Develop ‘trust’ among participants to hone and embellish their leadership abilities
- Inspire participants to trust the process of personal growth and change
- Trust in the ability of participants to learn and grow during One-on-One sessions
