There are three primary learning objectives of this program.

Awareness of where you are :

  • Participants analyze their current leadership behaviors through prebuilt questionnaire
  • Introduction to proven and celebrated leadership frameworks and philosophies
  • Group Activities and Brainstorming Sessions to understand other people’s thoughts and views

Choice :

  • Empower participants to choose the leadership philosophy to practice
  • Allow participants to choose behavioral changes and develop a plan of action
  • Participants choose topics for ‘One-on-One’ Coaching sessions (Client Centered Coaching)

Trust :

  • Develop ‘trust’ among participants to hone and embellish their leadership abilities
  • Inspire participants to trust the process of personal growth and change
  • Trust in the ability of participants to learn and grow during One-on-One sessions
